Amenities: The Sebastian will feature many amenities such as BLOOM SPA with new treatment rooms and an expanded menu of services; FROST BAR located just beyond the hotel’s lobby offering light-bites, cocktails, a large crackling fireplace and comfortable couches making for a cozy gathering place to après ski with friends; Our new POOL area is complete with four hot tubs, outdoor bar and fire pit; BLOCK 16 restaurant with a creative menu with stylish interior and an outdoor terrace and the MARKET for a fresh selection of tasty treats. Other amenities include Slope-side ski valet & boot storage, complimentary Valet Parking, on-site Year-Round personal & equipment storage, dedicated concierge and full charging privileges throughout the resort.
Pricing:Our Club Membership is priced at $310,000 (annual dues are approximately $11,700) which entitles every member 14 nights of Prime Winter use, 14 nights of Prime Summer use and unlimited Space Available usage. For families who may need more time our very limited Founders membership is priced at $580,000 which includes 28 winter and 28 summer nights.
