5. What percentage of the total units have been sold to date?
Approximately 25 percent.
6. How many price increases has the development had over time?
The developer is in the process of doing an adjustment to market of the pricing level.
7. Exactly what does ownership include?
14 days annually of platinum time, one week in platinum winter and one week in platinum summer. In addition there are 7 nights of gold time and 7 nights of privilege use time (space available).
8. May I see a printed list of the fees you charge?
Already provided
9. If finance is required, how do you recommend I finance the purchase?
We work closely with a local lender who can assist with buyer financing.
10. How long has the company been operational?
Four Seasons will be managing the property. They have been in business for decades and have a well established reputation as a luxury resort operator.
11. Do you mind providing the contact details of some customers who have purchased fractional interests in your properties recently?

12. Can I test the reservation process and visit a property within the club’s portfolio before joining?
Since our resort is not yet open in Vail, we do not offer this.
13. What is the process if I wish to sell my fraction in the property at any time in the future?
You may sell your fraction after you close at any time in the future.
14. How does one book for popular holiday periods eg. school holidays, and what booking system is in place eg. first come, first served and is there any priority amongst owners?
There is a rotating system. Each owner has their fair allocation of major holiday periods. In additional to the guaranteed platinum weeks each year, owners may request additional ski or summer time under their "gold" request.
15. What additional services does fractional ownership cover (eg. concierge, car rental, airport pick up / drop off) and are there any extra costs? All of the the amenities of the Four Seasons resort are available to the owners as part of their ownership annual dues, including: pre-arrival services through the concierge, daily housekeeping, underground heated parking, ski concierge, on-site storage, use of the hotels shuttle, spa access, fitness club, business center, and in room dining. Of the aforementioned services, the hotel shuttle would require a separate fee and ala carte fees for spa services and in room dining would apply.
16. Are there any additional fees or charges applicable in addition to the fractional property purchase?
Annual dues depending on the size of residence.
17. Does the company have plans to raise prices – if so, when and by what rate and what factors would influence such price increases in the future?

18. Are photos and floorplans available for the properties and are their any ownership rules – eg. are pets and is smoking allowed?
Images and floorplans are available on our website. Ownership rules are well documented in the contract documents which are available to qualified purchasers. Pets are allowed and there is no smoking in the residence area.
19. How are the properties furnished (what sort of style and decor, fixtures and fittings etc..)?
Four Seasons Vail will have an upscale European mountain décor. Renderings are provided on the website and finish boards are available for view in our sales gallery on Bridge Street.
20. What other amenities can I expect at each resort – eg. access to vehicles, golf cart and professional access (where applicable)?
Ski concierge/valet in Vail Village, on site long term storage for owners, golf at the guest rate available at Red Sky Ranch, world class spa and dining facility on site. There is also on site business center and "kids for all seasons" program as well as a fully appointed fitness center. One of the key design elements of the resort is a 75' heated year round swimming pool.
21. What is the average amount of days a member currently uses for the plan I’m considering and can you rollover any unused days to the following year?
The Resort is not yet open, so there is no operating history. It is anticipated that most owners will stay at least two weeks per year. Rollover of unused days is not permitted.
22. Does the property complex partner with travel agencies, jet, yacht services or have access to any other assets?
Four Seasons Residence Club Vail is part of a residence club system which includes: Costa Rica; Punta Mita, MX; Jackson Hole, WY; Scottsdale, AZ, and Aviara, CA. Owners may use their ownership nights in these locations.
23. Who owns the properties at present and what happens if the property company fails?
Four Seasons Vail is owned by Vail Development, LLC, which is a wholly owned affiliate of Barclays International. Four Seasons Hotel Company has a 20 year management contract with multiple renewal terms for the management.
24. What do you believe are the strengths and weaknesses of the company and properties available and why should I ultimately buy this one in comparison to the choices available?
Four Seasons Resorts is among the top luxury hotel operators in the world. The combination of Four Seasons quality with a key Vail Village location makes this a unique ownership opportunity.
